I’ve called (no joke) about a dozen US and Canadian agencies for the process of exporting the Cletus-Vette and I have noticed a very definite trend. Every Canadian agency was above and beyond helpful while every US agency was spiney, hard to reach and purposefully hard to navigate. Yeesh. What a load of work this is.
Disclaimer: I’m an American citizen and love the people of the US. The government agencies are just a royal bitch to deal with.

My Canadian friends always get wary crossing into Detroit becasue of the amount of rifles present and the hostility of the border police. Yet I’ve never even second guessed going into Canada.
I think Canadians are just more helpful period.

Aw, thanks.
Although I’ve encountered plenty of nice people and assholes in both groups.

Americans get wary crossing into Detroit because of the amount of rifles present as well, just wielded by different denizens.

Have you got things sorted out? Do you need any advice from someone who has done it.
He imported his rally car from US to Canada.
